Business IT & Microsoft 365

Most small-business IT was never designed — it accumulated. A laptop here, a consumer router there, email on three platforms, files split between a shared drive, someone's desktop and a USB stick. It works, until it doesn't.

We design and set up business IT properly: a clean Microsoft 365 tenancy, sensible security defaults, an organised file structure in SharePoint and Teams, devices enrolled and protected, and a network built for the building you're actually in.

Know what's backed up, prove it restores — and own the documentation.

How it runs

01

Assess what you have

A structured look at your accounts, devices, network and risks — in plain English.

02

Design & quote the fix

A prioritised plan: what to fix now, what can wait, what it costs.

03

Set up, migrate & train

We do the work, walk your team through what changed, and leave documentation behind.

Good questions

Can you work with our existing IT provider?+

Yes. We often design and implement alongside an existing support arrangement — or hand over cleanly with documentation they'll thank you for.

Do we have to be near Moama or Echuca?+

No. Microsoft 365 and most setup work is done remotely Australia-wide. On-site work suits the Murray border region, and we travel for larger projects.

We already have Microsoft 365. Anything to optimise?+

Almost always — unused licences, missing MFA, flat file dumps in SharePoint. A short optimisation pass usually pays for itself.

Ready when you are — no obligation, no jargon.
