Founded on the Murray, built on delivery

Business Innovise Hub was registered in 2024 and is based in Moama, on the NSW–Victoria border. The name says what we do: innovate and advise — fresh thinking, grounded in practical guidance you can act on.

We started BIH because we kept seeing the same pattern in small and medium organisations: a consultant hands over a strategy nobody implements, or an IT provider installs technology nobody planned for. The two halves never meet — and the business pays twice.

So we put both under one roof. Zahra brings the strategic discipline: research, planning, change management. Reza brings years of professional IT delivery: networks, Microsoft 365, cybersecurity and custom platforms built and run in production for real organisations.

Reza Sepehr

Reza leads the technology practice. A working IT professional, he has spent years designing and running business technology for real organisations — and building the kind of systems most small businesses are told they can’t afford: custom platforms for rostering, dispatch, bookings, invoicing, compliance and reporting, plus the networks and Microsoft 365 environments underneath them.
